A Utility Deposit Bond is accepted by the Gallatin Department of Electricity in the state of Tennessee. This Bond is accepted for applicants (principals) that have entered into agreement for electric services from the Gallatin Department of Electricity in place of a cash deposit. Therefore the EPBC is willing to accept this Bond under the condition the applicant pays faithfully and promptly for all services rendered. In addition the principal acknowledges that this Bond will cover any other location or premises occupied or designated. The principal will also be required to comply with all local and state laws.
