Surety Bonds Colorado:
Registered Outfitter
In the State of Colorado, a Surety Bond is required for any person registering to be an Outfitter. An Outfitter is considered someone who has a current valid permit from the appropriate state or federal agency, or, in the case of private land, written consent from the landowner or person authorized to grant permission to trespass upon private lands for the sole purpose of hunting or fishing. This Bond guarantees that the applicant (Principal) will faithfully comply with all laws and regulations in the State of Colorado.
