Non-Intoxicating Beer Tax Corporate
The Non-Intoxicating Beer Tax Corporate Surety Bond is required by the state of Missouri Supervisor of Alcohol and Tobacco Control. This Bond indicates the principal (applicant) has applied for a license to do business under the provisions of the Liquor Control Act. Therefore the principal will be required to pay all monies payable by said principal to the Director of Revenue. This Bond also ensures the principal will follow all rules and regulations of the Supervisor of Alcohol and Tobacco Control including all local and state laws.
Under 2005 Missouri Code, ᄃ312.020: "Beer having an alcoholic content of not less than one-half of one percent by volume nor exceeding three and two-tenths percent by weight, is hereby declared to be "nonintoxicating beer", and may be lawfully manufactured and sold, or sold, in this state by any holder of a permit issued by the supervisor of liquor control of this state, authorizing such manufacture and sale, or sale, and may be lawfully transported, sold and consumed, in this state, and may be lawfully shipped into, or out of, this state subject to such inspection fees, and/or taxes, and under such regulations as may be provided by law."
